In which church comes to us …
Sunday morning on the wall in Newark, NY they started setting up chairs early. When they began testing the speaker system I figured it must be for a church service and sure enough, shortly the band started warming up and we were treated to songs related to being saved! By 10 am the little pavilion was full and the service started.

After breakfast we got our bicycles out and took advantage of the Canal bike path. We rode westward towards the next small town, Palmyra (we will visit there in a few days), enjoying a cool, overcast day. The path is a combination of asphalt and fine gravel and relatively flat. There were lots of people out walking and riding.
Once back on the boat we did some housekeeping and then spent the remainder of the day resting as one should on Sunday!
